Baseball Saturday and Michael's Birthday Party

Timmy's team, the Dodgers, played an EXCELLENT game Saturday morning. We lost by one run, but they had so much fun!
Timmy, mid-bite, at Michael's party. We had it at the same park we usually do and the weather was beautiful! We all got a little bit of sun and lots of fresh air. We had a BLAST!

Michael and Jolie bonded. He loved feeding her ice as much as she enjoyed by spoiled!

Aunt Bev also let Michael take Jolie for a "walk". He did really well with the puppy and she's so sweet!

Aunt Bev and Michael blowing bubbles.

Michael LOVES sliding and has finally learned that he needs to sit down instead of running down the slide.

Daddy and Mommy got Michael the Little People Town. He loves it and likes to play all the music and open all the doors.

We couldn't resist. We knew that Michael would love his Cars cake!

Michael talking to his balloons....

What you didn't see last night was when Timmy's gave Michael his balloons, he went crazy. It was too much for him and he got so overwhelmed, so we had to take them away except for two. Then he sat there on my lap for a good 30-40 minutes holding on to them for dear life while I rubbed his back to calm him. After that he was fine and laid on them and did his thing. Then later he went and got rest of them and started "talking" to them. It was so cute!

Saturday Baseball!

Timmy had a game Saturday and we got video of him at bat. He walked, but he stole second and third and went home to score! We're having a blast with him in baseball and sure are going to miss it when the season is over.

Michael loves to watch his big brother play ball...and he loves his choo choos. I can't believe he's going to be 2 tomorrow. Man how time flies!

Michael's car....finished with a little help from everyone.

John took the day off today and we had a wonderful time. We took the boys painting and the Paintin' Place after lunch at Cronie's. Michael painted a car (of course!!) and Timmy painted a baseball piggy bank. Michael lasted about five minutes, but it was nap time. After painting, Dad took Timmy to the batting cage and then to baseball practice. What a wonderful spring afternoon!!

Easter, Long Beach and General All Around Fun!

We went to Gee Gee and Paw Paw's for Easter Sunday. While the boys were enojoying their egg hunt, the neighbors across the street were having a possum removed from their garage. Daddy said that Gee Gee should go over there and give them a good receipe for possum stew.

Friday we decided to go down to Long Beach. We stayed the night at the Hyatt and the next day we went to the Aquarium of the Pacific.

Timmy and Mommy wanted room service and it was the best!

Timmy had his first taste of filet mignon and loved it! He said that once he is in the majors, he will live like this all of the time!
