Michael is on the move!

Yesterday afternoon I had Michael in his activity gym and he rolled over! He worked and worked and worked and finally got there! Once he was on his tummy, he started fussing, not knowing what to do with himself! I wish I had a picture of the look on his face!

Timmy's Visit to VA

Timmy has landed in VA!! He bearly slept on Monday night and had to get up really early on Tuesday morning (3:30 to be exact!) and didn't sleep a wink until he got to Gee Gee and PawPaw's house! He got to chase the cats around for a while and then finally crashed. Yesterday he went to see B for a while and then Uncle Gone Gone picked him up and they went golfing and looking for deer. Timmy said that he hit the golf ball 50 yards! Not bad for a seven year old! Maybe he'll be the next Tiger Woods!

Michael is doing great! He still likes to get up during the night for about 15 minutes to snuggle and get his diaper changed and then right back to sleep he goes. Gee Gee bought him a play gym while she was here and he LOVES playing in that. He likes to look at himself in the mirror and bat at the puppy and rest of his toys! He's talking alot now too! We have some very intellegent conversations!!

Last Weekend with Gee Gee and Timmy

It's hard to believe that mom's two weeks are almost up. We have enjoyed her visit immensely! On Saturday, all of us went to a beach that Daddy had heard about in Port Hueneme. We had a blast! Timmy took out his boogie board that his Uncle David gave him and he mastered those waves like a pro! You couldn't keep him out of the water. Michael just relaxed in his jungle gym with his beach hat and his sunglasses. Gee Gee and Timmy will be bringing home some nice California tans!

On Sunday, we went to the LA's Farmer's Market. We all enjoyed the people watching and believe me there are a lot of different people to watch. We even had lunch next to a television writer who was working on something. We overheard the conversation at the table. Michael's eyes were wide open as Daddy carried him through the crowds. He enjoys people watching as much as we do.

Today we are getting the last minute details together for Timmy's visit back to Virginia. We are going to go to dinner when Daddy gets off work. We are going to miss Timmy but we know he will have a great time. Just think, when he comes back, he will be entering third grade.

Gee Gee's Visit to California

We have all been enjoying Gee Geei's visit with us here in California. Over the weekend we went to the Santa Monica Promenade. Timmy was amazed with all the street performers. As a matter of fact, he was chosen to perform with a break dance troop! He loved it and he got some great cheers from the crowd. Of course, now he wants to take break dance lessons when he gets back from Virginia.

We took Michael for his 2 month check up on Tuesday. He is now 12 lbs, 2 oz and 23 inches! He loves his ninny and has grown like a weed. He has been doing great at night with only an occasional bout of colic in the early evening. It is funny to see him try to fight off sleep like his brother. Both of them are afraid that they are going to miss out on something.

The weather has been perfect. So today we are going to visit Daddy at work and then go to the beach. His office is only two blocks from the beach which makes it very convenient. Gee Gee has been working on her tan at the pool with Timmy. He is swimming like a fish and has expressed an interest in lifeguarding while he is attending high school and college. I think Timmy and Daddy have been watching "Beach Patrol" too much together!

SHREK 3 Weekend

Hi Everyone!

We had a nice weekend! John surprised Timmy and got off early on Friday. He was able to take Timmy swimming, he swims like a fish and he needs the practice since we are planning on sending him to surf camp when he gets back from Virginia. It is a day camp and it is next to John's office.

Saturday Timmy went with dad and Uncle David, Aunt Iriany and Cousin Ernesto to see Shrek 3. Dad says Timmy laughed so hard all through the movie. Mommy and Michael had tummy time together.

We got some photographs back that John took of the kids. They turned out great!

We are all getting excited about mom's visit next week. The weather has been perfect and we are planning on a few outdoor activities. Michael takes after his brother in the fact that he absolutely loves the outdoors. Hope everyone is doing great! Click on the photographs to view larger!
