Easter, Long Beach and General All Around Fun!

We went to Gee Gee and Paw Paw's for Easter Sunday. While the boys were enojoying their egg hunt, the neighbors across the street were having a possum removed from their garage. Daddy said that Gee Gee should go over there and give them a good receipe for possum stew.

Saturday night Michael slept in Timmy's bed for the first time. They fell asleep watching Finding Nemo.

Hey! Money!

Kickin' it with his sandals and some cool iced tea.

Friday we decided to go down to Long Beach. We stayed the night at the Hyatt and the next day we went to the Aquarium of the Pacific.

Timmy and Mommy wanted room service and it was the best!

Timmy had his first taste of filet mignon and loved it! He said that once he is in the majors, he will live like this all of the time!

2-0 Scrimmage, Opening Day with Sparky Anderson!

Timmy ready to play. Thanks Connie for the great pic!!
Timmy's team the LA Dodgers won both of their scrimmage games versus the Braves (15-14) and versus the Royals (12-5). TImmy is the only rookie on his team and Coah Jeff said that Timmy has done more in two weeks than last year's rookie did all season long! We are so proud of him and his team and all the coaches are awesome! Daddy has been practicing with him on his days off. Here are a few pic's of Timmy in the 12-5 win over the Royals. Then we have highlights of the opening ceromonys with Sparky Anderson!!
Come on Timmy, let's go!!

Opening day with the color guard provided by the Camarillo boy-scouts.

Very special guest Sparky Anderson gave one of the most inspiring speaches! He was awesome and gave such encouragement to the players and families. Daddy remembers when Sparky's Big Red Cincinatti Reds would come into town to play against the LA Dodgers in the 1970's and daddy was so overwhelmed to have him here today. A true Hall-of-Famer!

We are looking forward to this season, not only in Timmy's little league but also for our beloved LA Dodgers! Especially since we have Manny Ramirez back to play! We realize that we have become a real baseball family!!

Grandma and Grandpa, Practice and Michael's Injury

Timmy is sitting at pratice contemplating some of the plays.

Michael is a future player, also. Earlier in the day, Daddy and Timmy were working out with weights when Michael came walking into a dumbell in motion. We took him to the ER where they "glued" his boo-boo together. You can almost see it through his bangs on his forhead in this picture.

Timmy slides back into first base.

Grandpa and Grandma Pellican came for a visit and we all went out for fish and chips at the beach.

Michael thinks we left too much for tip!

Timmy and Baseball

Tim starts baseball this week. We're all really really excited about it! His coach seems to be wonderful and he's on the Dodgers. Practice is three days this week and his first game is March 3rd!

Cute Pictures

Here are some cute pictures of the boys I took this morning. Michael is so excited that Timmy is back home. He actually slept last night and went to bed without a huge fuss AND slept in this morning!

Michael is going to daycare two days a week for a half day now. The good thing is that the lady who keeps him is WONDERFUL and lives in the building next to us. I love to watch her with the kids outside and got some cute pictures of Michael with his "friends".

Timmy's back and our new pets!

The Fish Family

Timmy got back home Saturday night. He loves Virgin America Airlines because they have a Playstation on there for the kids to play. I like them because they're nice and cheap! He had a great time in Virginia and was sad to leave, but was also happy to be back home.

We got the boys a fish tank while Timmy was gone. Yesterday we went back to the pet store and got some fish. We all love them! Their names are Manny, Salt, Pepper, Tiger and Bangle. They're great and so relaxing!!
